The Process

Client Briefing

Meeting to establish clients' brief: encompassing property selection criteria, timescale, budgets and level of involvement.

Establishing preferred lines of communication, reporting and sign off procedures.

Viewing and Orientation

Orientation tours to view short listed properties. Accommodation, travel arrangements and itineraries arranged within predetermined budgets.

Negotiations

Securing the Property from offer to completion conducted professionally on your behalf, working with your professional team or instructing specialists on your behalf.

Client confidentiality and discretion as desired is pivotal in the service offered.

Fees

Buying

The fee for successful search and acquisition is an agreed fee of between 1% and 2% of the property's purchase price.

Initial Retainer - A charge of £2,500 paid in advance, valid for 6 months and deducted from the final fee.

The above fees do not include expenses incurred for viewing and orientation tours outside the United Kingdom.

Renting

The fee for successful rental search is equal to one month's rent and is payable upon the signing of the tenancy agreement.

Initial Retainer - A charge of £1,500 valid for one month and paid in advance. This is deducted from the final fee subject to a minimum fee of £2,000.

The above fees do not include expenses incurred for viewing and orientation tours outside the United Kingdom
